Very poor & disappointed experiences~ Book my session last Friday 7th of Jan for 10am Saturday 8th Jan. I went there on time but there is no one in the shop, so I called their customer services, being asked to hold the call for 5-6 mins then told me that my appointment is being cancelled without any notification (no sms no email no phone). I Just have 3D scan with Kevin on Dec23, 2021 He's very friendly person and very helpful. Thanks Kevin and Antonina? After 5 days from my scan my case has been updated that i have to visit a dentist. Thank you for your honest.
Went in today and experienced possibly the most amazing service I have ever had in my life. I was assisted by Lauren, who was very helpful and incredibly friendly. The lady at the front desk, I think her name was Antonina, as well. She served me perfectly and efficiently. I felt very comfortable in the shop and and it was lovely to chat to the beautiful staff :)
I had an incredible experience with everyone I interacted with in this store. The customer service was faultless, everyone from Anton and Lauren at the desk to Kevin doing the consult. They made the process as easy as possible even when I was having issues with processing my payment. Couldn't recommend enough!
