Very poor & disappointed experiences~ Book my session last Friday 7th of Jan for 10am Saturday 8th Jan. I went there on time but there is no one in the shop, so I called their customer services, being asked to hold the call for 5-6 mins then told me that my appointment is being cancelled without any notification (no sms no email no phone). I just had THE most wonderful experience at the Pit Street Mall clinic with Kevin and Anton!! Having been through this process before with a highly rated orthodontist and paying $$$$, I was very skeptical about the sharp pricing and quality of this offering. 4 month plan turned into over 12. fair enough, it happens but if something doesn't go right, you can't actually talk to an orthodontist which is frustrating. Although my teeth are a lot straighter, they aren't where they should be and I wish now that I spent a little extra and went with invisalign TBH.
