The staff is superb and welcoming, they put you at ease right away with a smile ☺️. Especially Wassila, who's super friendly and smiles, and you can communicate with her so quickly. I was too embarrassed to open my mouth, so she reassured me without judgment and put me at ease. I really liked the gifts, especially the lip balm 👄. I recommend Smile Direct Club without hesitation 👀🦷.

Thank you to Carmen for her warm welcome. I got several quotes elsewhere, and I found this office very clean and professional. It's definitely worth a visit! 🫶🏻 Update: I received my aligners and they're comfortable. My only complaint is FedEx; I had a real struggle getting my package delivered.
Super happy with my appointment. The premises are beautiful, the girls are very nice, punctual, smiling, they take their time and I felt very comfortable. I stayed for 1 hour, I didn't see the time pass. The teeth scan done by Wassila is just incredible and the girls are very good at giving advice. I 100% approve of this approach because even if it's a "small" correction, it still makes a difference. The ease of payment was very welcome. Can't wait to get started! Thank you for this appointment
