The office is located in the 555 building(Office building with lots of companies). This was slightly confusing but the security officer was helpful in pointing me to the right spot. Smile Direct Staff was nice and friendly answered all my questions. They scanned my teeth and I have my aligner it took about 3-5 weeks before they arrived. The cost was much less than Invisalign way more affordable for myself. I live downtown so this was walking distance for me.
