If I can give zero star that’s what I would have done. No retainer and all the money I paid for alignment is wasted . They discontinued all service. Scam scam scam. FYI do not make payments to them because they will not deliver. I was receiving emails from them just last month and November to pay for my retainer but I was not comfortable. I would have gave 1 stars if I could. Scheduling my appointment was easy but once I got into their office the front desk girl Sabrina was very unprofessional, not compassionate, or willing to listen. I left work for this appointment that I received and email and text messages confirmation and when I made it to the office she told me instantly she dose not have an appointment for me and even though I have my confirmation text & emails I’m not in her schedule. Was a little hard to find, but I ended up calling and miss Sabrina found me! Super clean area, appointment was actually 30 mins and I got my free whitening kit 👍🏻
From start to finish Sabrina was very helpful and knowledgeable on my needs and concerns my appointment set up went smooth and can’t wait to start the process thank you Sabrina.
The shop was clean, Sabrina was VERY nice and VERY informative!! I can’t wait to get my treatment box!!
