Just Go to a real orthodontist. I have gone though 4 smile plans and I still have a gap between two of my front 4 teeth. It has taken me almost 4 months to get someone on the phone. After I got my got someone on the phone they were completely rude. They spoke loudly over me when I tried to talk and then just hung up on me After 4 months of calling and e-mailing They finally offered me $300 and another rescan for another treatment plan. I went and got the rescan and then they only refunded me $150 of the $300.
