If I could give a "0" star I would. The Woodstock, GA office has shady billing. Caution!!!! Before you ever sit down in the chair for treatment-make sure you know exactly what they will be charging you that day. Get it in writing! Otherwise you may be surprised later with a hefty bill not knowing what the charge is.
Terrible organization. I am not owing you and I see no reason why you should send my son's details to collection agency. Please avoid these people they don't have a reason records especially billing
l've been having a problem with the Canton office staff being rude and unprofessional. I left several messages at the Canton office with Margo to have the area manager Jennifer call me back but she has yet to do so. I never experienced such poor customer service and lack of respect for customer in my life. The dental staff are wonderful but the front desk staff are in need of customer service training.
