Verified Renter We were charged for a door replacement that we had already mentioned in the very beginning. Thankfully I went out my way to correct their mistake and it disappoints me to see that they want to fix the door with our security deposit rather than them fixing it before we moved in ?????

Verified Renter My apartment has a big problem. The exterminator comes and sprays stuff but it never helps. It’s gotten so bad that I set my own glue traps to try to keep the bugs out.

Verified Renter Sketchy at times and not true to their word. I signed a lease for an apartment and 3 months later in the summer (one money before school) they informed me the unit was burned down and would not be livable for the semester. We ended up being price matched at a different location however, this was an awful situation that should have never happened.

Verified Renter Smile needs to be more responsive to requests and emails. However their maintenance is timely and good, so I will give them that. Their apartments are very overpriced for the amenities they provide.

Verified Renter The elevator was broken 90% of my lease. I lived on the fourth floor and have bad knees so I found this apartment great when the elevator was working but sadly it was 10% of the lease. People were nice but loud music was playing all the time and dumpsters are crazy loud and come by three to four times a day

Sadly, the parts and repairs took a while to complete. The elevator was fixed in March, and we will continue to monitor it.
Verified Renter It was not the best. Water would get shut off randomly with no warnings beforehand. Had a leak that caused mold to grow. During the winter did not have heat for 2 weeks

Verified Renter Worst house ever; the house was not clean at all when we got it. Due to the bad insulation, we had to pay more for electricity. We emailed them multiple times but the response from their side was not satisfactory.
Verified Renter Very loud. No security or camera. Washing machine is barely accessible. Bedroom can barely walk through because bed takes up 80% of it. But it’s livable
