Verified Renter I love it here! Smile has been a great leasing company so far:) The bus station outside of the apartment is ver nice and the surrounding area is pleasant

The location of the apartment is within the campus and that saves a lot of time for me to get to class, hang out with friends and study. The apartment is cozy and affordable. I am extremely satisfied with it.

Verified Renter It's been great living with Smile! I honestly have no complaints. Nice furniture and the TV in most units is a big plus. I've never had problems with the staff or scheduling maintenance requests.
Verified Renter I love the amenities are included Smile building, which has a gym in study area. What’s also good is that recently? If there are any maintenance requests put in there answered very quickly in the building. In south is very nice.
Verified Renter Not bad but don’t Ike the building that much. The area isn’t that nice but there are some good points to it. Water is always shutting off and renovation was always really loud in the morning. But overall it was okay
Do not sign a lease Try to save your money and do not sign a lease with Smile. A group of 4 of us roommates signed a lease with them in 2022 and paid a one time 1000$ cleaning / admin fee, instead of the security deposit. At the end of our lease in 2023, not only did we leave the house with zero damages, but also cleaned the apartment before moving out, which we have proof for. Verified Renter Slow to fix maintenance areas. You can call all you want nothing is getting replaced. None of the drains work. I’ve become very handy living here but it was because I had no choice it takes them multiple weeks the get the handyman into your apt for5 mins. Would not recommend
