I like SDH for their construction quality, working friendly with few resources and still experienced some challenges in the project construction manager., who is not cooperative with buyers and as a realtor I heard complaints from my other buyers.
Not only did we find a new construction that fit our budget, but the quality of the home has been amazing.
The quality of the home is great and the options and selections were great as well, we just had so many issues with the home as the walkthroughs were happening that were not addressed properly. We are still waiting on the proper microwave plate and the final cleaning did not happen.
