We have lived in our new community, Morgan Meadows almost 3 months now and we highly recommend this builder. The Morgan Meadows community offers gas appliances, hardy plank siding (not the typical vinyl like others) and the location is unbeatable. The floor plan we chose offers the most value compared to other communities and builders we visited and the entire buying process was easy.
