I would recommend SmithDougas Homes; however, based on my experience, I would offer the advice to visit the job site to check on the house and workers. Also, I would highly advise to take picture of every thing not right.
I am likely to recommend Smith Douglas Homes - Atlanta to a friend. Khalilah Gibbs Harrington was a great sales representative and helped me through the home buying process. As a first time home buyer she made the experience less stressful and clearly communicated what buying in a new construction home / community entailed.
