Some of the craftsmanship is not quality. It may be up to code but not quality. There's cardboard holding in insulation in the attic and that's not quality.
Smith Douglas made our first time home buying experience amazing. We are super excited about our home and they have built a beautiful community of quality townhomes. Throughout the entire process you can really tell that they care about you and your home. Highly recommend!
We had a smooth and seamless experience having our home built. During the process Connie McGaugh was very informative and kept us updated every step of the way. The timeline from when we had signed our contract remained the same. Communication was on point. That goes a long way for me.
