The overall experience from building out my new construction wish list to closing was as seamless as you could hope for. My realtor and I were kept informed about progress as well as delays, so we were never surprised by any hiccups in the schedule. Everyone we interacted with was extremely helpful and I would recommend Smith Douglas, specifically Khalilah Harrington, to all new homebuyers.
We would recommend Smith Douglas solely on the experience we had with the team. The on site agent, Robin is amazing. Gary, the builder was pleasant to work with also, and he made the move in super smooth. But as far as getting the most out of your money, the quality of the home even with all our upgrades just wasn’t up to par.
SDH have been very responsive to requested repairs, but less than forthcoming in allowing me to see the work order for installing my floors. It is my belief that the floors I chose are not the ones I got.
