Honestly, the build quality of the house is great. There are few things that I feel were cheaped out on like using pine straw instead of mulch (with exception of the model). There are no glaring issues with the build or builder. On the sales side, we had a pretty awful experience. Our sales person Ron pretty much ignored us throughout the build process. They made the process simple and straightforward. The model homes were excellent, and the options were excellent for the variety of options. The process was thoroughly explained.
Everything was so helpful, which made the process easier to understand.
We had conflicting information from their staff as to what HOA covered and didn’t cover. They couldn’t provide current HOA documents. Staff was friendly and quick to respond but have been misled. We were told Spectrum was internet and cable provider. We were not told that it could be over a year before we actually got service. HOA would not allow satellite or any other providers to be used even temporary.
