The basic construction seems to be fine. The finishing is terrible. There is globs of caulk, door latches do not match up, there is paint all over the floor. There was sheetrock dust left on the baseboards that were painted over. There are gauges on the trim that should have never been put up. There is a bowed out wall in the master bathroom. It is very poor interior finishes.
Well communicated like a well oiled machine.
WE REALLY LIKE THIS FLOOR PLAN AND UPGRADES. PEOPLE WERE EASY TO WORK WITH.
