This was our first time building a home. Our Smith Douglas team, Michelle, Eric and Bentley, helped us every step of the way. From Michelle answering all of our questions throughout the entire process to Eric and Bentley making sure our new home was perfect (even after closing), they were amazing to work with. We love our new home!
The overall experience from building out my new construction wish list to closing was as seamless as you could hope for. My realtor and I were kept informed about progress as well as delays, so we were never surprised by any hiccups in the schedule.
