Sales team do a great job. Most developments are in very good locations, which will keep or add value to your investment. Not all models available in all locations. Definitely must go with some upgrades which will increase the price. Since you are going to be in a waiting list, you wont know the location of your home until its your turn, and there will be restrictions on the model you can select. Honestly, the build quality of the house is great. There are few things that I feel were cheaped out on like using pine straw instead of mulch (with exception of the model). There are no glaring issues with the build or builder. On the sales side, we had a pretty awful experience. Our sales person Ron pretty much ignored us throughout the build process. Eventually, we got D Hunter involved, and she was friendly and helpful, up until we closed and then when we found out we wouldn't have Internet for 3-4 weeks because the line... read more
They provided good service and attention.
Great quality home,in depth explanations about warranties, appliances, walked me through the attic shoes me how to change the filter. Quick to fix any issues. Very professional.
Overall, they are good builders, but they should double-check their work before finalizing things.
