We would recommend Smith Douglas solely on the experience we had with the team. The on site agent, Robin is amazing. Gary, the builder was pleasant to work with also, and he made the move in super smooth. But as far as getting the most out of your money, the quality of the home even with all our upgrades just wasn’t up to par.
SDH have been very responsive to requested repairs, but less than forthcoming in allowing me to see the work order for installing my floors. It is my belief that the floors I chose are not the ones I got.
Working with everyone at SmithDouglas Homes has been a great experience. From the sales office to construction managers and everyone in between. We felt listened to, not rushed and like our concerns were valid. I can't speak highly enough of Denelle, Patrick and Mike specifically. They were what really made the experience so great, in our opinion.
