I know the past year has been a difficult time for builders with shortages of material & workers, prices going up. I tried to keep this in mind during my building experience. But you must have employees who are experienced in communication & go beyond the scope to help homeowners during this process. On the other side, I love my house. It’s perfect for me. I was just frustrated it took almost 10 months to build a single level home.
