Thank You Smith Douglas Team, we love our new home! You guys are truly Amazing! Everyone worked together to make our Dream a Reality! The Carlyle was the floor plan I've been searching for. The layout is very open and spacious. Plenty of storage with large secondary bedrooms and a nice size loft with media room. Which you don't find with other builders. Very happy with the overall quality.
Decent construction in general - disappointed in 1) No sound proofing or insulation in upstairs flooring 2) Very cheap appliances for a 350K home, stove does not even have self-cleaning function, dish washer very low quality 3) Surface drainage between neighbors on both sides is poorly sloped and leaves continuous pools of water in low spots 4) Piece of ReBar sticks out of side of foundation and sticks in the ground. If is an electrical ground, it is a rough piece of work and a hazard to people and mowing
