I would recommend Smith Douglas to a friend but only after limiting their expectations. Brooke and her customer service was great and I’d happily refer a friend to her but the closing process was more than disappointing.
Great experience overall! Excellent communication and very professional! Smith Douglas employees made my family and I feel like family. We absolutely love Ms Kathy my daughter always ask can we stop bye to say hi! Edgar played a big roles in our process also we personally with like to thank them both! They both always kept us inform and responded to any concerns or questions we had during the process.
