I love my home. I feel the project manager should have made sure the house was adequately cleaned before I closed. I feel like the buyer should have a day to think about the punch list before signing off on it. I felt rushed
I have a house in Clarksville that I purchased on 02/25/2026, and as a point of reference, this is my 4th new home that I’ve purchased since 2008. I have the Braselton II floor plan and I absolutely love it. The reason for my dissatisfaction is in the build quality, and in particular, the fit and finish of the sheet rock, mudding, and painting. I understand no home will be perfect, and there isn’t any expectation of that on my part, but I do understand from my past experiences what poor quality looks like
I feel like there's no guidance from whoever is doing the installation, whether it's flooring or even landscaping inside. I feel like they slap stuff together. I have screws coming out of the woodwork in my cupboards and the flooring was cut up and put down. There's all kinds of garbage in the yard.
