The drainage system is real bad. The land is not leveled. I have water sitting in the drain in the front of my house. It is starting to smell and there are mosquitos. They didn't cut anything down. There is brush and trees all around my house. I don't know where the house numbers came from. I am 213 and next to me is 129. Their practices are biased.
My sales agent was very rude. Told me things that were not true. She made fun of public service workers. I would never buy a home from her again. Her name is Brooke.
There is many imperfections in the home. The walls are uneven. Nails popping up from carpets. Toilets flood and sometimes do not flush. We paid for upgraded paint and there were many patches at move in. Paint on tub, sinks, baseboards. Caulking missing around showers and sinks in many areas. Scratches on Quartz counter tops.
