A SCAM AND A SHAM A SCAM and a SHAM. DO NOT USE this business. I used this company through my Penske Truck Rental anticipating Penske professionalism on my load and unload. Absolutely awful from first contact to negotiating bill closure hundreds of dollars later. Workers were amateurs, dropping my possessions, slow, and spent my time on their cell phones. Awesome, on time prompt, pleasant and efficient. Packed for a long move (over 2,000 miles) and everything stayed in place well
Excellent service. Workers were prompt and efficient.
It took 3 hours to load. We used another comparably on the other end and they only took 2 hours. We were able to directly compare two different companies. Your guys came in a car and didn’t even have a Dollie to carry boxes. We had to look for one in the apartment complex. We had rented blankets and provided rope and they didn’t use them. The main guy took a lot of smoke breaks.
A Great Experience I was very happy with my experience with SML - Simple Moving Labor. They packed up all of my things for me, and I definitely really appreciated how organized and efficient they were. They were careful and conscientious and I was very glad to have hired them. The two gentleman that did the work were very nice and I never had any problems, at all. Thank you, SML - Simple Moving Labor! Definitely recommended to others!

The crew was excellent These guys showed up and jumped right into work. They communicated well with us to determine what was going on the truck and what was staying. We hired them for two hours And these guys did not stop within that two hours they were constantly moving. Friendly, courteous and extremely work oriented. I would definitely recommend them.
