Great help The guys that came out were very personable, hard working. They completed the task efficiently and under the two hours. We had a 22 foot truck mostly full.
Easy and efficient The team who loaded and unloaded our truck were skilled, efficient and professional. Everything went smoothly at both ends. I would recommend this company for moving asstance and I would use them again.
Great job! I had someone else lined up to move my items from the moving truck into storage and they canceled at the last minute. I reached out to SML and they arranged for 2 young men to meet me when I arrived at my destination and move my items from the truck to storage. The young men were very professional and careful with my belongings. I would definitely use SML again when it comes time to move the items to my new home. Thanks for saving the day for me!
Fast but a little annoyed The two guys made fast work of loading all my things but kinda got testy when I asked them not to pack everything to the ceiling of the truck. His response was “I’ve been doing this for five years.” I understand he has that experience but I was worried about reaching the items when I got to new location. There was PLENTY of room to not pack it so high. Great movers for a rochester Mn move. 2 professional movers helped us load a Penske truck, departing Rochester MN. The gentlemen were on time, polite and did a great job. They made lifting heavy objects up multi flights of stairs easy and absolutely no damage to walls. Highly recommend the service. Thank you!
Lazy, unprofessional, judgemental and ‘allergic to dogs’ Andre showed up with an attitude, talking on his cell phone while I waited. Then he had to ‘look around’ and use the bathroom. He made Joe do most of the work while he ‘supervised’. Told me I ordered the wrong size truck and not everything would fit (it did with my husbands help), they just had no idea how to pack and continued to pack then unpack my belongings.
