Denver team - Excellent, Atlanta team - worst experience ever! The Denver team was phenomenal- Rich and Alex! However the Atlanta team - Wyatt and his associate were completely and deliberately taking too much time to increase their time spent. It took the Denver team less than two hours to unload and ATL team 3.5 hours to load. They loaded very poorly and I had to reorganize things before I departed for my destination. these guys worked their butts off. The two guys sent worked for total time I paid for and ever took a break. They worked above and beyond, cared for my furniture an were just super!!!!
Great service. Hard working and helpful staff. Overall I'm very satisfied with SML. Hired to load and unload rental truck. I needed to reschedule load and unload date/time. They were able to accommodate and confirm changes within minutes. Major belongs arrived undamaged with only minor damage to a few fragile items due to my poor initial boxing and long distance move.
WATCH them at all times Broken items the movers showed me they broke. Then tried and fix, but only to have it break again in transit. Unloaders tell me it happens in transit. iIt takes awhile to unpack. Have been noticeable items missing. I know they where on the truck. But unloaders tell you to stay upstairs and they will take of moving everything upstairs. Should have been a RED flag to stayed outside and watched them.
good service Just what I needed
Great Bay Area Helpers! Guys were fantastic! Right on time and even brought an extra helper with them. Couldn’t have done it without them! Thanks guys!
Great Service We have used SML threw times -one load and two unload. All went very well. Courteous workers who did an excellent job. No dings in their handling and packed so well no shifting or dings in transit.
Excellent Service & response! Very nice to work with, reliable and helpful. On Time!! We definitely give a “thumbs up”.
