Excellent. All was great The service was great, the guys worked the whole time, no breaks. Very efficient. We drove the truck 2000 miles and everything arrived intact, no damage. I would not do this again without the help. Could not ask for better service and better workers
Great communication and excellent service providers They commicate by phone and check in regularly. I was very happy with our providers. Be aware that your original order may dictate the length of time your providers are available. My loaders were cut short by other commitments. Though they completed the base job they weren’t available for extra help. Despite that they all did a great job.
Substandard work and a reluctance to assume responsibility While the movers were relatively on time, their work was less than par! I had three other guys to help me move and they weren't getting paid and worked harder than the 2 guys from your agency worked! The helpers from SML never carried more than 2 items at a time, they were VERY DESTRUCTIVE - putting scratches in hall and bed room doors, they broke an overhead exit sign and I'm holding my breath to see if my apartment complex will be sending me the bill to replace it ... read more
The movers were very Professional The 3 men that loaded the truck for us were very Professional and Efficient. We are very satisfied !!
Polite and efficient gentlemen Was happy to have the young men do the job we knew we couldn't do. Lifesavers...worth paying them.
Idk idk idk idk Idk what U are asking
The lead guy unloading was outstanding. He had to be because the helper was lazy. Worth the money
Excellent service and very polite Service was prompt professional and the gentleman did an excellent job making sure that they covered and protected my home and my furniture. Would definitely use them again
Overall satisfied. The labor crew completed the off load of the rental truck with minimal direction. Overall very satisfied with the service and communication of your company.
