Excellent Service We were very happy with the quality of the service we received from SML's sub-contractor, Reliable Movers Enterprise, Inc., at Herndon, VA. We would highly recommend their services as well as Simple Moving Labor.
Missing items, rough handling of boxes marked fragil causing breakage. Once we got to our new location, one piece of luggage which contained personal items such as my electric toothbrush, daily meds for conditions including diabetes, chronic depression, hypothyroidism, and chronic anxiety, and perfumes were missing and was not left behind. I had to go a week until I could get replacement meds and was so sick from not having my meds that I almost had to be hospitalized.
Great experience. Our movers showed up right on time and worked continuously to get our truck loaded. Up a flight of stairs, down a hallway, loaded on an elevator and out to the truck in the rain. They were great and never even took a break. Great movers!
Just GREAT. Two movers arrived spot on time to unload my rental truck. They went right to work, finished in exactly the two hours they promised, got tipped for their efforts and left exactly on their scheduled time. It was the easiest and most stress free move I could have imagined and far more pleased than I really expected. I thought there would be some glitch, like there usually is, but everything was perfectly done. SML are now my DREAM MOVERS.
No compaints! The young men did an awesome job loading the truck. very resprctful It was a smoothe move. The men did an awesome job loading the truck in a very timely manner.
Two crews in diff states. New Jersey 3 man crew lead man was excellent in loading a lot of furniture in a small truck. We had a little damage, but it fared better than we thought it would. They paid special attention to our expensive 7ft tall grandfather clock. It did get damaged some. The florida 2 man crew unloaded without incident, and placed items according to our wishes. We would use your service again.
Best loading service around Excellent Service.
Moving help Renting our own truck, using SML and driving the truck to our new destination was a huge saving.
Excellent service Have had bad experiences with moving before but this was totally different. Highly recommended service on both ends of our move
