First 2 guys were great, second two guys were terrible. I have mixed feelings about SML - Simple Moving Labor because we were definitely satisfied with the labor of the two guys that came in Ohio, they were absolutely wonderful. But then, we had an issue with the two guys that came with the unload and we had to file a claim. The two first guys were absolutely fabulous and I mean, based on them I would definitely recommend the company but then, the other guys they sent in South Carolina I would not recommend. Great experience Terrific job by SML crew.
Great overall experience Natalie called several times to confirm the details. Adrian and Steve showed up a couple of minutes early and finished within the 2 hours alloted. They did a great job unloading the truck and handling the furniture. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience.
On time and on budget Great experience with SML. I used them to load and unload at my final destination. Both groups did an excellent job.
one mistake ruined an otherwise good experience Everything went mostly as planned. Movers showed up on time and loaded the truck in just about one hour. However, they placed two dressers on top of each other. The top one upside down over the other one. Only problem was they left a plastic bag of nuts and bolts between them. The vibration from the ride just scraped the finish off. The dresser tops on both were ruined. Both of them had big patches where the finish was eroded away. Very disappointed.
Absolutely fantastic moving experience! This company was stellar in all respects. The movers came right on time plus called us when their time frame for arrival was near to let us know where they were and when their ETA was. They were so polite in every regard with please and thank you as a regular part of their vocabulary! Excellent Service I used two separate crews to load and unload in another city. Both crews were excellent and kept me informed about arrival time. Each location took less than two hours for a single family home.
