Workers Lack of experience not bad experience, but SML in order to improve their service, needs to educate their workers more about wrapping furniture and some simple tricks in how to load a truck properly!

Wow! This was alot easier than I imagined. I hired movers to load up the 16' truck I rented in Houston, and movers to unload my furniture into my upstairs apartment in Vancouver, WA. In both places the guys were prompt to arrive and quick at moving my stuff in. I really appreciate how fast they were and good at packing my stuff into the truck so that there was no shifting as I drove. Exceptional service Showed on time and were professional
Professional and Hard Working I found out that I would be moving my family without the Army's help at the absolute last minute, and SML connected me with two HUGELY competent, capable movers. I am currently in treatment for a torn rotator cuff, so my ability to move anything larger than a dust mop is limited. Great Work! The crew that loaded our truck and,the ones that unloaded were professional and courteous. They actually ran to get more items to load! Great care was taken with our possessions. I would definitely recommend SML to anyone.
Excellent service. The movers were exceptional. Tool carw with each piece n placed where we wanted them placed. Would definitely use again.
First Timer...Perfect! First time using this service. Communication throughout was great, the two moving teams were excellent and courteous and the price was good. I would recommend them and use them again.
Odds not in our favor Look...I can go into detail about our terrible experience with the movers that they choose for us. Or I can tell you how DEPLORABLE the customer experience was. But at the end of the day. IF THEY HIRE BAD MOVERS FOR YOUR JOB THEY WILL MAKE IT YOUR FAULT and YOUR PROBLEM. No negotiations. No customer service. Nothing. So, if you decide to go with SML. Let the odds be ever in your favor.
