Excellent movers The 3 guys worked very hard for us and packed everything so well that we even got our motorcycle and exercise machine in a very full 26 foot Penske Truck. Highly recommend.
Over all few complaints. Movers were polite & worked hard. Some pieces of furniture were not put back together. A mirror was not reattached to a dresser. The top of the secretary desk was set on top of the base but not attached. I am having to wait until I get help because the piece is heavy & will have to be moved away from the wall while the top piece with glass doors is protected. Some broken Furniture So overall I had a very good experinece with SML Movers. I have to say their customer service and scheduling process was seamless and I was never left on hold waiting. I also appriciated that I would get an automatic call from them annoucing that my moving crew should have arrived by this time. The only reason I provide a 3 star is because the crew that was picking up my belongings had said they would use the blankets for our furniture provided. good jobtruck Movers were conscientious and careful with all items moved. Utilized all space provided in the truck. Travel was successful, no spillage or breakage upon arrival at destination end
Moving Help from Alabama I had requested the time to start at 10:30 and no one showed up until 12:30. I got one phone call that the time was changed. The movers showed up and one of them had experience moving but the other one didn't he was asking what next a lot of the times. I had to pay for a 1/2 hour when they still had 15 mins left to work. The movers spent a lot of time on their cell phones when I needed them to be working.
Wonderful experience! These guys are the best! They arrived on time, moved all my belongings in a timely manner, and were careful not to break or damage anything. They were polite and friendly. I highly recommend them to everyone!
Move from Tn to Tx Both crews did a great job on loading and unloading.
They did a good job and were cordial. It was easy to make arrangements for the move.
Great Service. Team arrived a little late and we had to call to see where they were, but worked very hard in hot weather to move us into a second floor apartment.
