Moving to Alabama I was put in contact with SML by Penske Moving Truck Company. It was the best thing that ever happened. I contacted SML when I left, got instructions and then called them upon arrival. The came out on time and moved me into a third floor apartment which nearly killed the moving guys and it took them six hours to move move. I felt they needed more help. I felt bad for them. Excellent service The guys that came to help unpack the moving truck where very professional. They unloaded the truck quickly and even offered to put the table and bed together.
Second team excellent Our loading crew in Bryan brought a third person to load and then asked for a cash tip to pay him which was not part of the contract . Our unloading crew in Lakeway was terrific ! Prompt , careful and quick.
New York to Las Vegas Had a three man crew on both ends to empty house load truck in NY and unload in Vegas. The guys were prompt , courteous and didn't mind me changing my mind every 5 minutes! They worked hard and were very careful with our belongings. Would definitely use them again!

5 stars is only just enough . If I could give 6 stars i would . This is the way a company should do business .Start to finish the way I was treated and the service I received was superior . Communication at the time of a move is paramount and it was handled as well as I have personally ever experienced .
Great job!!! On time. Finished ahead of time and actually informed me that they were within 20 min of the two hour period that they were hired for and the job was finished shortly thereafter. The crew loaded the 16' rental truck without anything shifting throughout the 1200 mile journey to destination. They were also notified by family members on site that SML will be their movers in their upcoming move.
Experience did not meet my expectations especially for the money! I was surprised and disappointed of how the super talked to me. Will not reccomend this company to anyone!!!!
