Helpfull Moving Service Overall good service and helpful when you need moving help. However, the pricing of extra work over the initial basic quote needs more clarification. The quote at the time of service, over the 2 hour minimum, was different than what was billed by triple. ($150 vice $50/man/hr.) MZ
Great experience. This was our first and possibly not last time we hired SML, it was a great experience. Nick and Mike showed up on time and did a wonderful job for our move. They never stopped from the time they came onsite until they were completed. They were professional, courteous and cared for our possessions.
all turned out fine I WAS SURPRISED WHEN THEY ARRIVED EARLY. HOWEVER THE TWO LOOKED LIKED THEY HAD BEEN PICKED UP FROM A LABOR POOL SOMEWHERE. fortunately THEY HAD A SUPERVISOR WITH THEM THAT DID ALL THE TALKING AND HALF OF THE WORK. THE SUPERVISOR COMMENTED THAT SHE WAS ONE OF THE WORKERS WAS IN TRAINING. SHE DID AS MUCH WORK AS THE TWO MEN. SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT LOOKED PROFESSIONAL. THAT WAS SAD. THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD A SHIRT THAT IDENTIFIED THEM AND PANTS THAT FIT (NOT HANGING DOWN TO THEIR KNEES)
Movers were great! Had two movers helping us with a few big items (coffee table, mattress, bed frame) up a couple flights of stairs and a number of boxes. They had a great attitude and had no issue making a number of trips. Would definitely use again.
John and Lou were fantastic Great job packing truck, fast, friendly. Better than expected. I've already recommended you to a friend who is moving soon.
Moving Day The crew that showed up was great. The guys all made it a point to introduce themselves. They were respectful of my things. Worked efficiently. They let me know when there were issues. I would use again.
The two workers were very professional. The two workers were very professional and did a good job helping me unload my large rental truck. Overall SML did a good job of communicating and I was pleased with their service, but they were significantly more expensive than the crew I used to load my furniture.
Great job! Will use again.
