YOU NEED BETTER PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCED PERSONNEL THE LOAD DAY, YOUR MEN ONLY WANT TO STAY AN HOUR AND ON THE UNLOAD DAY TWO YOUNG MAN STAYED AN HOUR EXTRA BUT HAD DAMAGED A BARRISTER. PLEASE CONSIDER ONLY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPERIENCED MEN, OTHERWISE, THE TWO YOUNG MEN ON THE UNLOAD WAS BETTER THAN THE FIRST! I ALSO HAVE TO MENTION YOUR $ 100.00 CREDIT FROM THE FIRST EXPERIENCE AND I THANK YOU FOR THAT........ANDREA P.

Could have been better The company that was hired to load us showed up on time with the older guy with coffee in hand. After 45 minutes of drinking coffee he disappeared. We contacted SML and they were surprised he left also! After an hour he returned and said he had an outside appt and SML was fully aware of it, not per SML customer service. After telling him of my phone call trying to figure out why I was paying for three guys but only two were onsite, he started to actually load the truck. I couldn't believe he had the au... read more
