Papa, Mimi, Adult son, Granddaughter age 9, Grandson age 5 went. We had a BLAST on the Snow Tube Slopes. The igloo dome was a little dissapointing as the snow was packed and too wet for the kids. But we got the Unlimited Snow Tube Slopes and so glad we did. The adults had as much fun as the kids. Perfect ending to a Great night was the roasting marshmellows over the fire pit. We will definately be back....soon.

The place is wonderful and the snowy slopes was great we had a lot of fun. The stuff his rude with a lot of bad attitude. We were four people and we try go in the family tubing and they made us get up and told us that we had to go with another people because the minimum was 5 people. So I told them that they are informed wrong because the Snowcat Ridge website in the rules was saying the minimum was 4 and maximum 10 people. They doubt us and we had to show they on rules to the stuff so they finally alowed us to go tubing wi... read more

You should put a couple of more attractions for everyone so it isn't so crowded in the 2 you have other than that, the kids had fun for it being the 1st year. Merry Christmas!

We had a great time! Our original date was changed due to snow machines not working, but it looks like they worked out all their kinks. The family tube is by far the best slide and usually has the shortest line. Make sure you bring gloves to play with snow in the igloo! It's freezing in there but really fun:) Food is pricey but expected, and best advice would be to go at night! The music and lights were awesome!!!

Such a FUN afternoon/evening with the family! Unique Experience!! I highly recommend the time slot 5-7! We went about an hour early to check things out! Vendors were fun and different; the tea company (True Honey Teas) is delicious and the sales associates were incredibly nice and knowledgeable of their product! Igloo is COLD! Bunny slope for younger kids is cute! "Snow" is packable to make Small Olaf's and Castles! Only thing lacking inside the igloo is staff enforcing rules (no throwing snowballs). But, other than that we... read more
