Snowcat Ridge is the first Florida Snow Park of its kind featuring snow tubing, snow play, and an Alpine Village. Snowcat Ridge includes a 60-foot-tall, 400-foot-long snow tubing hill, along with a magic carpet lift which will whisk riders and their snow tubes to the top of the hill. Guests will be provided with single, tandem and 6-person family tubes to slide down the snow-covered slope.

How dare you kick out a woman, her family and the service dog that alerts for seizures! That is against the law, federal law, which overrides Florida's crap disability laws. She was treated like a criminal! Shame. Shame. Shame. Zero stars.
Horrific place Watched a Heartless Security Guard Remove paying Patrons that had a Service dog for Seizures without understanding Federal HIPA laws will never go back advising Family and friends of the terrible act.
We visited on the morning of 1/27/24. Our tubing time was 9-11 am. Very disappointed at how often we had to wait at the bottom of the conveyor area. Too much of our time was wasted waiting for the slow conveyor. Definitely would not recommend to anyone until both conveyors are working again.
Overpriced for what you get. The staff and management are very rude. I would never go back.
Would give more stars if the prices were not sketchy… on like out total for 7 people was $326, when I called and asked about military discount, they stated they don’t do discounts, but that if We were to like and follow their Facebook or Instagram, that you can be randomly selected for a discount, Well, in the same breath provide me with a price of $412 over the phone. Great idea, nice lights at night but operational disaster! No snow on slopes just ice - understaffed so only using 10 of the 20 slides meaning long waits & then to make it worse, they turned off moving sidewalk so I had to drag 30 lb tube up the hill ... once & done; went for skating & that was a disaster as they opened at 9am on New Years day but didn't clean the ice until 7pm which meant it was ruined, like skating on something between sandpaper and gravel ... went around twice & got off because it wasn't fun & definitely ... read more
Staff was very rude and unhelpful. If they aren't going to direct you then there should really be clear directions printed on display in the food area. Tubes kept getting stuck, maybe best not to go midday because of the sun. Spent an hour and a half to ride the family tube twice (bot VIP) and they split us up. Ice skating was a mess. There really needs to be an exit and an entrance. Adults and children are hugging the rails and blocking the doorway. Good potential but very expensive for what you get.
