Overall we enjoyed the night. There were a few things we felt needed some adjustments. The belt that carries us up to the top of snowcat ridge was very hard to stand on. It was almost as if the belt was struggling to carry everyone up. It kept slowing down and sledding up... which cause it to be really hard to stand on comfortably. We were also disappointed that out of all the lanes for single and double riders - Only a few lanes were open... thus caused long lines and long waits... our family came from out of town there wer... read more

We had a blast here on opening day! A unique treat! Two hours of sliding was plenty of time since it wasn't too packed.

Honestly it’s okay. It’s fun but way over priced. $70 for two people is very high for something thats mediocrely fun. Now we can say we went but probably wouldn’t spend the money to go again.

I went here during superbowl sunday and it was not very crowded. However, I would never go here again. Although the staff was extremely nice and accomodating, you must take your 25 ib snowtube up a hill every time you want to ride. The food is extremely expensive and average. The snow area is not even snow and is rock solid. For 50$ a ticket, you should never go here. I am giving it two stars and not one because of the staff. They were very friendly. However, that doesn't make up for the lack of quality at this park. I had m... read more

Overpriced not worth the drive also the kids that work there are very rude. Their ice skating but the ice is very watery & choppy. Their tubes smell like mildew. I don’t think they clean the tubes. When I was there. They don’t accept cash. The food is way overpriced.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Snowcat Ridge's customer service. On November 30, 2024, I visited the park and unfortunately lost my phone during the group tubing activity for seven people between 3:00 and 4:00 PM. I promptly reported the incident to Customer Service, provided my contact details, and began tracking the phone using my device locator. Despite locating the phone within Snowcat Ridge multiple times and providing its updated GPS coordinates through three separate tickets submitted via your cont... read more

TERRIBLE DECISION to go with there!… we spend an hour waiting to slide on the “snow tubing” the tubes had NO ice, people were getting stuck on the “snow tubbing” (see picture attached) BUT the WORST was that there was no accountability on the entire park, this man call ADAM, was rude, disrespectful, it just an embarrassment of an individual who only care to impose his authority and has no customer service skills, we complained about the safety and disorganization of the place and he (ADAM) rushed my family out of the area, c... read more
