Great place for kids ice skating was great would like to say thank you to Cristina for making ice skating enjoyable for the kids
Besides hurting my butt in ice skating & the life ride up to the sledding hill it was really fun!
Everything is great but we will appreciate a better bathroom experience. It is very hard having small kids and portable bathrooms. That is the only point that makes me having my doubts about coming back.
Super fun for the whole family. Tubing was a blast. The snow igloo was fun but a cold 30 degrees. Ice skating was a lot of fun. Very Christmasy environment with colored lights and Christmas music playing the whole time. I would highly recommend!!
Personally think that the pricing for the attraction is too expensive. Not too much to do other than the slide that caters to older children. Not worth the 3 hour drive from Jacksonville
Really nice new experience for my family. My granddaughter was really happy with snowcat being her birthday surprise. The only negative for us was getting up the slops. The belt needs a hand rail to assist people who are unable to balance themselves. When I walked up the ramp, I need to cross over ramp. I asked the staff at the top of the ramp for help. He just keep looking at me. On my second time up, the lady staff showed me where to exit the ramp area without crossing the ramp. But it was a really nice outing altogether.

My family and I had a blast will definitely be back before y’all leave and next year! Was fun and definitely family Environment. Just wish the skate rental was included
Staff was very friendly, perfect place to have a Family Day!! Kids had a wonderful time!
