The porta pottys were gross, i like the new food options. We bought an igloo and it wasn't a good value. I assumed the inside would have more comfortable seating then picnic tables and there was a separate exit that went straight from the slopes to the igloos that staff wouldn't let us use so we had to walk all the way around and letting us use that would have made it worth it! It isn't a good value to purchase the igloos.
So fun! Everything was amazing! We loved the decor and all the fun stuff to do while wee were there we will definitely be back
Everyone was so nice and friendly and enthusiastic in helping my kids get even more excited. I had an issue where I wanted to do s’mores with my kids I drove 3.5 hours and I wanted the full experience however the ladies refused to sell to me and stated that the fire pits are lit tonight. I told them they were and they still sad no. After finding out they sold it to people after me I went back and they made an excuse to still not seek to me. They said I could go to customer service I guess they thought I would just let it go ... read more
The place was great other then the food trucks. They were way to slow. Took over 30 minutes to get our food and it was not even that busy. The pizza truck even ran out of pizza. How does that happen.
We went during a non busy time. The staff was all super friendly. The slides were fun and so was the ice skating. The only thing I would say is the ice rink wasn't smooth but its outdoors and Florida so there is the heat to compete with. However that was my son's favorite part. We had a great time but mostly we really enjoyed the staff. They were very polite and friendly and helpful.
