It was fun and very kid friendly
Snowcat Ridge was so fun! I love that the snow tubing hills curve upward at the end and has rubber mats, so you can’t get hurt! This is a huge improvement over other snow tubing I’ve done in the past. Ice skating needs some improvement though. The “ice” is so riveted that it’s impossible to skate smoothly. Worst part was having to wait for 40 minutes to get our shoes at the end! How are you gonna have 6 runners getting skates, but only 2 for shoes? Also, if the skate runners aren’t busy, they should help the shoe runners in... read more
It was a great experience for my three Florida granddaughters. Food was way too expensive and tacos were awful. Chicken and pretzel and pizza good. Skating was fun. My 83 year ild husband and my 72 year old self decided to tube and going down was fine and fun. Getting on the conveyor was difficult. I was unable to get on but caught myself and walked up the hill My husband caught himself with his cane. We would like to suggest a 2-3 foot grab bar just to assist with stepping on and stabilizing self.
My nieces love it
Everything was great.
The kids had fun on sled slopes, however, they only used 1/2 of the slides and let everyone stand in line. This was not necessary considering there was plenty of employees standing at the bottom of the slopes doing nothing. The snow igloo was definitely cold and fun. The ice skating was very fun - nice rink. Pizza truck was very good. Taco truck was very sad - food is expensive and came out cold like they just took it out of the refrigerator. The outhouse bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. they need to build regular in... read more
The staff was super friendly and pleasant and helpful.
Clean, so well organized, safe and so much fun!! We will be back!
Went in the morning (not crowded at all) and the staff was so funny and friendly. Everyone was making conversation and cracking jokes. All around great experience. I would’ve given 5 stars the only thing that kept me from it is pricing. It was very expensive and it only covered a 2 hour tubing rental and entry. The igloo was closed and skating / tubing all day costed extra. It was $80 total ($14 parking and x2 adult tickets). I think it would be nice to offer a student , senior, and military discount. Or even a discount for ... read more
