From the parking lot entrance to the front park entrance to the top of the slopes all staff provided excellent customer service. They offered to take our pictures when seeing us trying to get a group shot and on the slopes before take off it was offered without even asking. The fire pits were always burning and the food lines were even well serviced. The trailer bathrooms were closed and port-a-potty’s were provided but would have preferred the regular restrooms. Overall the whole experience was a fun memorial time for us.
Great experience. It was very beautiful, lines were organized and the slide was a lot of fun.
We had such an amazing time! Unexpected adventure in Florida! We can not wait to do it again next year! Bringing a group with us!
Great experience for all Floridians who have never been to a ski resort. It was a great time for the whole family.
The activity is a great idea. I was disappointed with the snow globe. The snow was more like ice. Also noting really there but a small tube snow for kids. There was an opportunity to have more activities inside. Second the options for food were a disappointment. The hot chocolate was made with water. Not milk, the fore pits created more smoke and hard air to breathe while waiting for our time a lot for the main snow tube ride. More options of food would have been good. Pizza had pepperoni. We had a fabulous time, everything was working and we loved the quality time given to ride on the slopes. Thanks for the good memories
It was okay. Lines were really long and only two single tube lines open on a Sunday. My son and I waited 45 minutes to go down.
So much fun!
