Snowcat Ridge is the first Florida Snow Park of its kind featuring snow tubing, snow play, and an Alpine Village. Snowcat Ridge includes a 60-foot-tall, 400-foot-long snow tubing hill, along with a magic carpet lift which will whisk riders and their snow tubes to the top of the hill. Guests will be provided with single, tandem and 6-person family tubes to slide down the snow-covered slope.

Very clean, lots of fun
We had a good time, but there were some concerns. Having to pull the tube all the way up the hill added some safety concerns. My kids are older and we were all fine, but I saw other parents struggling. The tubes need to be handed to you at the TOP of the hill. Another reviewer said no COVID safety measures were in place, while I am not a stickler for those things, I am a germaphobe and I didn’t like that no one was wearing gloves to serve food, COVID or no COVID that’s just gross!
The sliding/tubing was great . The snow dome not so much.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Wish more slides were open to keep line down. Snow was more like ice. Prices were a bit steep though especially thought charging for parking was a bit much. Overall expectations of what I thought and what was experienced were met. Just wish I hadn’t paid so much so it!
The experience was great overall. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was kept clean and well managed. I also found the staff was accommodating to my family personal needs on the tubing. We will visit again.
The facility is clean and everything was run very organized. Staff was friendly. Appreciated there were hand sanitizer stations. Although on the website it says mask are required I did witness a lot of people not wearing them. Even In line for the tubing people were not wearing them. Another think I was not happy about was you went with other guest on the family tube. Social distancing was not able to be observed doing that. Lastly, the price of a water bottle of $3 is insane. It was a very nice experience. Everything was clean and very well organized
I brought my grown children and grandchildren, ten of us in all, for a planned family outing They all loved it. They all loved playing in the snow. They all loved the tubing. They had an amazing time and thanked me numerous times for the trip. Every single one of them were happy they went and would go again We didn't eat anything there because we had dinner plans after.
In the 3 hours we were there we got to enjoy the snow, have a couple snowball fights, slide down so many times I lost count and really had a great time.
