My 13 year old and 11 year old twins had a blast. It wasn't as cold as I expected and I ended up not needing my ski jacket but I'm glad I brought snow gloves for the kids since they loved throwing snow balls at each other in the arctic igloo. The snow was dirty and slushy when you first walk into the igloo, as to be expected where most traffic would be, but was better towards the back where my kids played. Falling snow would have made it better as someone else suggested. The single rider tubes were much faster than the tande... read more

We had a good time. Our time was between 5-7. I'm glad we got there before dark. I think in the future we'll try more daylight time. It got really crowded with pushing and shoving. There should be rails going up to the ridge for safety. Twice I almost fell down. The dome was disappointing. On the website it showed to be able to make a snow man and there was enough snow for that. I thought there was going to be more activities. Over all our 6 yoa had a great time and we enjoyed watching her. I think there could be some impro... read more

The lines are well organized. The fried Oreos were the best I ever had.

I think if you’re a kid or young adult, or thrill seeker, then this is great fun. However, I’m 49. I did the single ride and family tube and am so sore. My husband was practically thrown from the family tube and I hit bottom because it’s impossible to stay on the tiny seat. I spun out of control on the single tube and my neck is still hurting. It would have been nice to have snow flurries in the igloo. Instead it was just solid, packed, trampled on ice that’s dirty - similar to what you would see after snow plows came throug... read more

Me and my son had an excellent time today. The facility is well run and a lot of work went into it. Lines are manageable - longer on single tubes, almost nonexistent on doubles. My son thought Igloo is a lot of fun. Good introduction to winter for many of us Floridians who have never seen one!
