Never seen real snow before so this was an awesome experience. Loved it and will be returning soon
Great idea of entertainment, nice set up, great staff. A little pricey though.
We had a really good time. However, it’s a little pricey for what it is. It would be nice if all of the slides were open so that the lines moved faster.
Great idea for this event. Great choice of food trucks too. Only negative is those Porta Potties, gross, stinky Sad its a short lived event, maybe turn it into down slope dirt jumping and trails for bicycles or alpine carpet slide. Hope to be back next year👍😁
Tubing was fun, playing on ice was fun.. trying to warm up from wet feet was hard. Bring extra shoes and wear a mini backpack. There are no lockers for your stuff when you go tubing so have a zipped bag or don’t bring anything. It was definitely fun but overpriced. Good experience as a Floridian but they need to add more to do to keep kids occupied while waiting for your own time slot on tubes. My grandkids had a great time. I feel the cost was a little high considering they only got to slide 3 times. Apparently you were understaffed and there were only a few lanes open. If you had more lanes open, they could have had many more turns. The vendor prices were also high priced and then asking for a tip, I thought that was very rude. Of course the things I found I didn't like, didn't concern my grandkids. My concern was for my grandkids to have fun and they did.
It was amazing super fun and enjoyable . Our group friends and family members love love the experience..Thank you so much.
