I purchased a Saturday for family of 7 so pretty costly. I think if we purchase a 2 hour experience you shouldn’t have to share your last hour with the next group. That limited our runs down the slope and according to another employee you couldn’t open all the lanes due to the lack of employees ☹️ The igloo was cool limit the number of people in there especially now. Overall experience was good. I would recommend opening more lanes so the lines moved a little faster.
It was great we had a good time & the grandchildren loved it, but they need better bathrooms then a portapotty that was very gross & disappointing & more food vendors because the line was long
Employees rude as hell. Portable bathrooms were gross. Not quite what you expect for the price to use those kinds of bathrooms. The slopes were fun though.
The ice in igloo was to pack down to play in snow and the tickets are way too expensive. I won't go again
Picked up car trental and brought another to my hotel.
Amazing, Organized Great idea to bring This experience to Florida. The Staff is very friendly and they work so hard. Thank you all so much we had so much fun.
I thought that it would be cold so I wore warm clothes. It was not cold. The sledding was so much fun but I got overheated 🥵 in the end. Would recommend wearing normal clothes and bring a light jacket.
