Place was awesome!! Only not so good thing I will say would be only port a potties for bathrooms. Staff and venders were very nice and helpful. Slopes were fun and moved quickly through line. Kids and adults all had a great time.

I took my daughter and some of her friends. The staff was so nice and helpful. It was a great experience. The igloo was so cold you felt like you were up north :) The hot chocolate by the firepits was amazing. And of course the tubing was so fun. My favorite was the family tube. My daughter loved the two person tube. We all had a great time.

Served its purpose of letting out son see “snow.” That said the igloo for snow was mostly a giant pile of ice. The giant slide was legitimately fun, but even during our 2 hour period to ride the line was often long for anything other than the tandem tubes. No need for lots of layers of clothing unless it’s actually cold out. Parking lot is close enough if you want to leave things in the car and go back and forth. You might get wet on the slide or if your littles sit on the ice pile. Price point is likely $10 too high for wha... read more

This place is in my opinion not worth almost $40 a ticket. The family tube ride was not exciting it was slow going down with a big thump at the end. Only 2 concession stands, with food 1 lemonade stand, one hot cocoa stand. 2 venue selling soaps. Only the big globe to play in ice. Small n borring over priced and over hyped.

My daughter and I didn’t know what to expect!! We drove in from Bradenton. We were suppose to go to Colorado for Christmas, but Covid stopped that. She was disappointed that we wouldn’t get to see snow. We were NOT disappointed. We had a ball. Particularly on the slope. She went 5 times. Great job and thank you

Everything was laid out well, the 2 hour tubing limit is the perfect timeframe, and the food trucks and activities around the alpine village was very fun!

The igloo was fun, and the slopes were too. A few things I would recommend is one...add more food and shopping options to the village. Two...add actual bathrooms instead of portable bathrooms. Three...add some kind of hand rail to the magic carpet ride up to the slopes. Four....make the two person tube easier to go down the slope at the top. It was hard to push both myself and my son over the top to go down. Also, recommend smoothing out the bottom of the slope so you don't hit so hard at the bottom.
