Snowcat Ridge is the first Florida Snow Park of its kind featuring snow tubing, snow play, and an Alpine Village. Snowcat Ridge includes a 60-foot-tall, 400-foot-long snow tubing hill, along with a magic carpet lift which will whisk riders and their snow tubes to the top of the hill. Guests will be provided with single, tandem and 6-person family tubes to slide down the snow-covered slope.

Friendly staff a lot of fun in the slopes are 3 different kind of slopes great carnival food
Pretty good, my only complaint would be that going on a sold out holiday weekend not all the lanes of the slope were open. Only 2 of the 4 family lanes were open and about half of the single/double lanes. You also need lines for each lane or a better way to alternate the lines fairly. That being said this was my Christmas present to the grandkids and they had a blast.
The slopes were very fun and lines moved quickly. The village was disappointing, as it was lacking in vendors and variety of food. There was no social distancing by the other people attending and no effort made by staff to enforce. In addition, masks were not worn by most people attending and some security. However, the igloo was a cool experience just wish there was snow blowing and not just on the ground.
My grandkids had a blast! The place was clean, everybody wear their masks and maintained social distance. The food was good and the prices were expected. We will return next Christmas, it was that good!
The slides were fun and we enjoyed the adventure. The customer service was extremely terrible. The staff was rude, no interpersonal communication skills, poor customer service interaction , and approached us with attitude. This park would be fabulous if the staff had better excel in customer service experience.
It was a great time. Safe is also very friendly. One if the fire pits were burned out and me and my girl wanted to toast mash mellows. I asked one of the staff about it and immediately they had someone on it.
