Kids had a blast! Very clean and well operated. Lines were a bit long but to be expected this time of year.
I was a bit disappointed that the slides didn’t have snow blown on them. The marketing sort of leads you to believe it does, but it’s just ice. I guess practically it’s not possible but I thought you had some magic way to achieve it. And the ‘snow’ in the igloo was more like dirty shaved ice. I guess I just had higher expectations. And the food and drink was so expensive, my family and the family we were with opted to leave to find somewhere to eat. I mean, $10 for a can of beer? Adults and kids loved the tubing. It was easy and so much fun. Loved alpine village, so cute. Igloo was fun too. Very neat place. Only complaint was pandemic related. Very annoyed that many people were not wearing face masks. Yes, it’s outside but many people are so close together. Especially when walking around. I was angry when the girl who was supposedly checking our temperatures was doing it with a low battery that never showed a temp. She was 100% faking it. She never even looked at the thermometer! Decent start, however needs alot more. Should have snow machines shooting snow over the slopes evey so often, also snow falling in the igloo. With snow falling a big gap. THe lights and music where nice at night.
Your staffs were all great, almost everyone we talked and interacted with had smile on their faces. All the young men and women were polite and helpful. My kids had a really good time and can’t wait to come back again next year. However, I wish to see stricter face mask mandate. I’ve seen many people without face mask and they were not asked to put masks on.
We all loved it my kids had a blast and even my 6 year old went on the tubing she was so excited to go by her self. We really enjoyed our time at snowcat ridge. Everyone was very friendly and nice 👍🏼
