Lines were not long at all. Good idea having 2 hour time slots for tubing. Snow globe was fun too. Kids loved it. Only suggestion is play Christmas music at top of slides. The announcement over and over was too much to hear while waiting in line to go down slides.
Needed safety procedures for covid. There were no social distancing protocols in place. No one enforced masks, even in indoor/enclosed areas. People were way too bunched together and not wearing masks.
Everything was great!! The kids had a blast. They were afraid we were going to spend most of our time waiting in lines but things moved quickly and the other activities were also fun!
Our time was from 4-6 however they had to send ppl off the slides and told us the reason was because the ice melted. I suggest a roof over the slides maybe not a whole building but definitely a cover over the ice slides. That would preserve the ice from the sun and allow protection from rain as well!! Other than that, We Absolutely loved it !! My son and I were able to make our first snowman together!! We had an Awesome time in Dome, making s’mores, and enjoying the Christmas music and food !!
It was a great family experience. Only complaint was inconvenient shutdowns of the slopes to maintain functionality during patrons slope time slots. A suggestion would be to give a 15-30 minute maintenance between time slots and don't overlap time for groups.
The staff and park were totally awesome. Made you forget for a few hours you didn't live in florida
Our 6 year olds had a great time building a small snowman and sliding down the tubing mountain. The village vendors were rather slim though so you may want to bring your own food.
We had so much fun! Lines moved quickly and we had a blast!
