Decent experience. We were disappointed at a few points: one when my husband and I got stuck on the slopes which took about 7 minutes total by the time someone came to help and when we finally got off the slope. The second was when the slopes were shut down for about 15 minutes which caused a significant back up. That closure meant we waited almost 30 minutes to get down the slopes. We made it back up one more time (4:55p) to take one more ride. We only totaled 4 trips down the slopes :( I don’t think there were enough staf... read more

Really fun. A little disorganized at the top of the slope. Tandem line literally moves 3 to 4 times faster than the single rider lines. Some slope/lane logistics are in need. Other than that, we had a great time. My 6 year old loved it. Really didn’t get wet hardly at all. A jacket and casual clothing seemed to work fine. Would definitely recommend.

The tininf experience was awesome! Our family Of 4 loved it and the two hour timeframe was perfect. Staff was really friendly, park was clean and igloo with real snow was so fun for the kids. Wish prices were just a tad bit cheaper, however.

We had a great time even with everything going on with the County permitting and violation issues. I’d like to make a few suggestions. Maybe advise visitors about the fact that the snow slides are actually ice slides and that the top of the hill takes a little labor even with the magic carpets. I would have liked to know that the top of the slides was in direct sunlight and that I didn’t really need to bundle us all up like crazy ( we went when the temps were 66 and suppose to be windy) since the direct sun and getting the t... read more

A lot of fun. The ride to the top was broke down for a couple of rides which made it a bit more challenging to get to the top. The $15 parking was a bit steep. They did have a organized parking lot and plenty of people to park. I would say a bit unorganized at the top of the hill. Especially when a new time slot opens. The poor girl at the top was run over by the crowd. I would suggest crowd control at the bottom of the hill controlling the rate at which people are getting off at the top. They need some more help and trai... read more
