It’s a place to visit for sure. Amazing experience to have snow in Florida since we live in Fort Lauderdale. The Snopy Slopes experience is amazing, my family and I enjoyed so much. The only thing is that on the lines weren’t well organized and we waited for long time. The fastest line was the one that used doubles to ride. Loved every minute!! Kids had a blast!!
Organization was needed for the snow slopes we were only able to ride once and it was on double tubs because it was so crowded. Didn’t get to experience the family tub the wait was 45 mins. I feel less people should be able to book in the same time slots to be able to get moneys worth. We waited 30 mins just to get into the igloo. Being that we only had a 2 hour I think it was unfair. Bought all day (unlimited) passes for a friend and her two children for a much needed Famiy Field Trip and it was a perfect day and everything that we had hoped it was and as advertised,no disappointments
Overall our experience there was a good one. Everyone had a really great time. We did experience an incident with an extremely rude gentleman selling the kettle popcorn. Have never experienced such unprofessional and rude treatment from a vendor before. Snowcat Ridge management addressed the situation satisfactorily, but this person should not be a vendor at this location in the future.
It was great but there are a few things that could have been better. One there is nowhere to sit to get out of the rain when it starts raining and there wasn’t not enough vendors open for food choices
