There were 4 of us. 3 got the prime rib 1 got the bbq beef brisket. The brisket was great. We will not order the prime rib again but the rest of the dinner was good. 2 of us order the prime rib medium rare (more on the rare side) and the other was well done. They were not very good, cooked to a minimum temp of 150 (more medium). They were cold and chewy. We said something to the waiter and he got the manager right away. They made good on the meals. We were there for a pre show dinner. Arrived 6:00. Show not til 8. We were sharing everything - soup, salad, entree, & dessert. Soup & salad arrived at same time & we were only half finished with those when entree (steak medium) was set down on the table. The table was now quite crowded with dishes & we were still enjoying our soup & salad. Service was really good, but the Menu can use some work. Perhaps a couple steak options. (Besides the special that night which was a 48 ounce steak for $75. I had the salmon, and it was pretty good, didnt care for the Side that was included with it though.
They have wonderful food and a great atmosphere. Service and staff are excellent!
The food was good and our waitress was awesome. We almost walked right by because there is a coffee shop at the front. The restaurant is in the back. Nice looking bar. The menu IS limited but everyone in our group ordered something different and no one complained!

We had lunch for father's day. Good service. Friendly place. But we are older now and feel Socialaire is meant for a younger crowd. Del Lago is a beautiful place.
Our server was outstanding ! Great food and drinks. I have Celiac Disease and they were able to accommodate this.
The best burger of my life made with three cuts of meat. FF crispy on the outside and creamy in the middle. Homemade pickles. Outstanding! I will go here again in a heart beat.
